Stanley J. Kazwell, Jr. is a mortgage expert, and host, of the call-in radio show Real Estate Charlotte, heard in Southwest Florida on NewsRadio 1580, WCCF-AM.  Stan publishes and writes for a periodical, the Kazwell Newsletter.  He does consulting on business, real estate, finance, and related issues.
 

Stan is the president of Kazwell Financial Services, Inc., in Port Charlotte, Florida.   It is family-owned, and acts on behalf of its clients, the mortgage borrowers.  The company represents borrowers only, not lenders.  Kazwell Financial scouts lenders nationwide, to deliver to their clients, the most advantageous loan.

Stan has over 30 years of entrepreneurial experience.  He, and the market, has gone through many up-and-down cycles.  His understanding of mortgages, real estate, business, politics, and market psychology was learned in the real world.  He has been on either side of the lending and borrowing transaction countless times as homebuyer, real estate investor, businessman, and mortgage professional.  Stan has been a; furniture business owner, restaurateur, publisher, political insider, and more.  To him, “Everyday is an adventure.”
